PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a fixing washer to a baseplate without floating even if it is one manufactured by forging and to smoothly insert a fitting adjustment part into a washer receiving hole. SOLUTION: In this washer comprising a circular, protecting fitting adjustment part 11 which fits into a washer receiving hole 6 in a baseplate 3 and a locking flange part 12 pressing the outer peripheral part of the washer receiving hole 6 on the nut fastening surface of the baseplate 3, an internal angle part formed when the washer is fitted into the washer receiving hole 6 in the baseplate 3 does not project from an internal crossing C. Since the internal angle part of the fixing washer 1 can be formed substantially at right angles, the fixing washer 1 can be attached to the baseplate 3 without floating.
