摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alloy sheet for shadow mask excellent in photoetching properties and applicable to a high precision color picture tube by allowing it to have a specified compsn. composed of specified weight ratios of Ni, C, Si, Mn, P, S, N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and the 100} accumulated degree of the plane in a specified range. SOLUTION: This Fe-Ni alloy sheet is the one contg., by weight, 25 to 45% Ni, <=0.005% C, <=0.1% Si, <=0.3% Mn, <=0.005% P, 0.005% S, <=0.006% O, <=0.005% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and in which the accumulated degree is controlled to <=60% or >=90%. Preferably, it moreover contains 0.0005 to 0.003% B, furthermore contains 1 to 2.5% Cr, contains 2 to 10% Co as well and moreover contains one or >= two kinds among Ti, Nb, Zr, V, Ta, Mo, W, Al and Cu by 0.05 to 3% in total. Uniform and high precision etching piercing is made possible.
