PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously hot-stamp a plurality of multi-color foils, to save the labor in a manufacturing process, and to reduce the manufacturing cost by hot-stamping the multi-color foils in which a plurality of colors are printed at one time on a hardened ink printed only on a desired portion of a container surface. SOLUTION: When multi-color foils 5, i.e., sheet-like foils 15 of two different kinds of colors are hot-stamped, for example, one continuously-connected sheet- like foil 15 in which the color is changed, for example, a triangular foil 1a is red, and a star-like foil 1b therebelow is changed in color at the color- changing point x is arranged on a container 1, and hot-stamped on a surface of the container 1 as specified foils 15a, 15b of different colors by a heated roll transfer press 6. This means that the constitution where the color is changed from red to yellow at the color-changing point x is in a protective layer 5c of the sheet-like foil 15, a part of 15a of the protective layer 5c is printed red, and a part of 15b is printed yellow. The kind of the multi-color foils 5 includes a metal vapor deposition foil and a pigment foil.
