PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide type blister package that can be separated simply in the disposal in accordance with a PL law, and can be opened readily. SOLUTION: The package comprises a base board 1 provided with an elasticity for a mutual separation of an upper surface plate 1a and lower surface 1b, and a cover material 2 with a swelling part 7 formed for housing an article and holding grooves 10a, 10b for sliding and interposing the base board 1 formed on the rear surface of a plane board 2a, in which notches 4 are made at each lower side of both side peripheries in the lower surface plate 1b of the base board 1, and there are provided respectively with cutting parts 10c on each folded back side parts 9a, 9a at both sides in a manner that end peripheries 91a, 91a are faced to notches 4, 4. In this manner, when the base board being interposed between the holding grooves 10a, 10b from the two-folded peripheral side are taken out of the upper peripheral side, the end peripheries 91a, 91a of each folded back side parts 9a, 9a at both sides are inserted in the insides of lower surface board 1b via respective notches 4, 4, so that the base board 1 is not permitted to be taken from the cover material.
