PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably suspend heavy newspapers and magazines, and to prevent the disposed content from being scattered by mounting an arch-like handle tape of the specified length and width on a corner of a rectangular parallelepiped bag-like part, and mounting a binding tape of the specified length on an upper edge of a transverse wall to increase the strength of the handle tape part. SOLUTION: A binding tape 5 is continuously and integratedly extended from an upper edge of a transverse wall film 8 to a center of the upper edge of the transverse wall film 8, and the dimension from an upper edge 2 of a bag body part to the tip of the binding tape 5 is set to be 0.5L to 0.8L, where L is the length of the short side of a rectangular bottom surface. Arch-like handle tapes 3, 4 are continuously and integratedly extended from a film of a side wall without any joints from the upper edge of the bag body part, and a corner of the rectangular parallelepiped body can be suspended in a packaging manner from the transverse wall to an upper edge of a longitudinal wall. The width of the arch-like handle tapes 3, 4 is 0.4L to 1L, and the dimension from the upper edge 2 of the bag body part to a center fold T of the arch-like handle tapes 3, 4 is 0.7L to 1.5L.
