PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cup holder composed of a small number of part items, and stably holding a cup. SOLUTION: A cup holder is provided with a housing 1 fixed in a vehicular interior, tray 2 supported in a housing 1 so as to put in and take out and on which a bottom of a cup is placed, and a holder 3 pivotally supported by a tray so as to rotate and supporting a side part of the cup. The holder 3 is urged to spread outward by spring pressure of a spring member 13, and a guide wall 10 having a taper upper surface 10a abutting on a bottom surface of the holder 3 to push up a front end portion of the holder 3 is provided on the tray, so that the bottom surface of the holder 3 abuts on the taper upper surface 10a of the guide wall 10 to prevent the front end portion from being pressed down, which eliminates a fear that the holder 3 is pressed down by external forces of the cup bottom and the like to make it difficult to place the cup on the tray or a fear that the cup falls down.
