PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a vehicle on a road without driving the vehicle to a diagnosis center. SOLUTION: Access to the computer 401 of a vehicle 400 for conversing with the computer 404 of a diagnosis center 403 is achieved via a radiocommunication 405. Upon requests, the computer 401 of the vehicle 400 transmits diagnostic information about the vehicle 400 to the computer 404 of the diagnosis center 403 via the radiocommunication 405. After the computer 404 of the diagnosis center 403 evaluates the diagnostic information received, it sends the result of diagnosis back to the computer 401 of the vehicle 400 via the radiocommunication 405.
