PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily heat seal while incorporating a silicone mold release agent layer by setting a film hardness of the layer to a specific value, and making the layers or the agent layer and a thermoplastic resin film heat sealable therebetween. SOLUTION: A film hardness of a mold release agent layer is set to 50 kgf.m/m or below, and the layers or the layer and a thermoplastic resin film can be made heat sealable therebetween. As a mold release film, a silicone mold release agent is used. Its type may be an addition solvent type, an addition solventless type, a condensation solvent type, a UV solvent type, a UV solventless type or an EB solventless type. A coating amount of the agent is preferably 0.05 to 0.1 g/m2. As the thermoplastic resin film, paricularly a polyethylene film such as an LDPE, an LLDEP, an HDPE or the like, or a polypropylene film s preferably used. As a method for coating a film base material with the silicone mold release agent, a direct gravure type, Mayer ban type, a multi-stage roll type, a gravure offset type or the like is used.
