PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal deformation at the corner part of a skin material. SOLUTION: A molded article 10 with a pad is constituted of a skin material 1 which has a corner part 1a having a predetermined shape, the core material 2 arranged to the rear surface of the skin material 1 and the pad 3 interposed between the skin material 1 and the core material 2 to connect both materials. A highly rigid molded element 4 as a reinforcing rigid element having rigidity higher than that of the pad 3 is bonded to the rear surface of the corner part 1a of the skin material 1 in a close contact state.
