PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly jet a short fiber-shaped material into the interior of a mixer of a truck mixer and uniformly mix the same in a short time. SOLUTION: A short fiber-shaped material compression transfer device is provided with a charging device 1 with an inclined face, a vibration device for vibrating the charging device finely, a conveying pipe provided on the downstream side of the charging device 1 and a compressor 4 provided on the upstream side of the conveying pipe. The short fiber-shaped material A introduced into the charging device 1 is moved to the downstream side while uniformizing the fiber direction by the fine vibration from the vibration device and sucked to the conveying pipe by the pressure air force from the compressor 4, and the short fiber-shaped material A is carried to the downstream side while being dispersed in the piping and injected from a discharge outlet 50 to a device such as a concrete mixer or an agitation device.
