PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by computerizing work for selecting significant warnings and risky program file from among mass warnings prepared by a program checker. SOLUTION: The number of alarm message appearances is counted in each warning number from all warning messages (warning appearance number counting part 3), it is represented as a risk by performing division with the number of appearances of an warning number (n) in all files as a denominator and the number of warning appearances in the file of the warning number (n) as a numerator and outputted as a file unit risk (file unit risk calculating part 5) by adding the risks of all warning classifications, and also, a program file having a high risk is urged to be selected by sorting file unit risks in the order of high values and outputting them (risk order sort processing part 7).
