PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data transferring device capable of performing efficient data transfer by performing data sharing between plural processes at the same time. SOLUTION: A CPU 2 generates a random number N, makes the generated random number N a character string and decides the existence/absence of a file mapping object corresponding to the character string name, and when it exists, the CPU 2 repeatedly executes the processing such as to generate the number N and to make the N a character string until the same object name does not exist any more. The CPU 2 also transmits message information (11c) stored in a wParam format (11) from a transmission process to a reception process, receives response information and closes a handle when response transmission to the message (11c) comes from the reception process.
