PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-relay possible to be thinly formed preventing a movable base from being deformed, and capable of keeping contact in an excellent condition. SOLUTION: In the structure of this micro-relay, a movable base 2 is bonded to a cap member 3 to form a desired film thickness, a slit 11 is formed, and a movable electrode 10 having a drivable movable contact 16 is provided. The cap member 3 is bonded to a fixed base 1 having movable contacts 5a, 5b, and the movable contact 16 is faced to the fixed contacts 5a, 5b so that they can be brought into contact with or detached from each other.
