PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operation device box small and enhance a function by supporting an output shaft with a box bearing installed on one surface of the operation device box and a cover plate bearing installed in a cover plate for blocking an opening on the opposite side surface to one surface. SOLUTION: An output shaft 2 in the vertical direction is supported with a box bearing 3 installed on the top surface of an operation device box 1 and a cover plate bearing 30 of a cover plate 29 for blocking an opening 28. The cover plate 29 also acts as a bearing part of the output shaft 2, mechanism of each part is assembled on a basis of unit on the outside of the operation device box 1, and housed in the operation device box 1 on a basis of unit from the wide opening 28, and fixed. Assembly work of the mechanism part can efficiently be conducted, and after housing in the operation device boy 1 is finished, the cover plate 29 is fixed to complete an operation device main body. The dimension in the direction of the output shaft 2 of the operation device box 1 is substantially reduced, and the distance of the units can be shortened.
