PURPOSE: A sealing structure of a beverage extracting lid is provided to maintain a sealing force even when a container is fallen down by forming a sealing part for shitting an upper end of a discharge tube in a cover. CONSTITUTION: A sealing structure of a beverage extracting lid(1) includes a main body(100) and a cover(200) made of synthetic resin to be coupled with a neck part of a container by one-touch type or screw type, wherein the main body includes an insertion groove slant by a predetermined angle on a top surface(101), a discharge tube(300) having a discharge hole(301) and coupled with the insertion groove, and a cover fixing rim(103) at a periphery of the top surface, and the cover is connected to an upper part of a rear side surface part of the discharge tube via a connection part(201) and has an annular shoulder part(202) to be fitted with the cover fixing rim to keep sealing force, an elastic sealing part(203) for shitting an upper end of the discharge tube and a guiding part(204) for opening and shitting the cover.
