PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layered panel body offering simple and light construction and opening/closing operation of a screen arranged between double- layered panels. SOLUTION: A double-layered panel body includes a screen 5 provided to be open/closed between double-layered panels 3, a first member 7 movably provided between the double-layered panels 3, and a second member 8 movably provided between the surfaces of the double-layered panels. The first member 7 is provided with a magnet or a magnetic material and the second member 8 is provided with a magnet or a magnetic material attracted to the first member 7 whereby the screen 5 is open/closed with the movement of the first member 7 by the operation of the second member 8.
