PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the splash of the dirt from adhering to the flow passage part of a nozzle unit by providing a brush mechanism for rotating in accordance with the extension and contraction of the nozzle and scratching the flow passage part of the nozzle. SOLUTION: A nozzle head 5 having a water discharge hole 4 washing a human body private part is advanced and retracted by an extension and contraction actuator to the direction of the human body, and a nozzle body 6 constituting the flow passage of the nozzle head 5 is connected to the nozzle head 5. A rotary brush 7 is arranged on the circumference of the nozzle head 5, and a drum 9 driven with an electric motor is arranged on the circumference of the rotary brush 7. Even when the rotary brush is during the extension and contraction operation of the nozzle body 6, it is at a fixed position, and the rotary brush 7 rotates the circumference of the nozzle head 5 and the nozzle body 6 by the drive of the electric motor 8, so that scattering dirt adhered to both is removed.
