PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane composition having a low glass transition point and not crystallizing. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by reacting a polytetramethylene/ ether glycol(PTMG) having <=4,000 number-average molecular weight and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of <=1.2 with a diisocyanate. The molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of a chain part to mutually connect PTMG is substantially 1.0.
