PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable comfortable and energy-conscious temperature adjustment, particularly when the outside humidity is high, while eliminating conventional inconveniences. SOLUTION: This method is for adjusting the inside temperature of a vehicle with a motor by an air adjusting device to be controlled electronically. The air adjusting device is provided with an evaporator, means for adjusting the ratio of fresh air and circulating air ratio inside the vehicle interior space, and means for sensing the evaporator humidity, the inside temperature, and the exterior temperature. The circulating air ratio is increased when it is lower than 100%, the deviation of the actual inside temperature from the target inside excesses a preset first threshold value, the outside temperature remains substantially the same, and the evaporator temperature is rising.
