Casing comprises sawn-off-cone-shaped zone (13) defined between end wall of volume receiving electrical equipment (2) and hermaphroditic attachment (4), i.e. with both male and female parts. Zone has inclined walls (7) with series of apertures (5) allowing pipes to go through, and elastic deformation zone (11) working with attachment.
