The fixing collars are formed from two half-collars the ends of which extend from each side of a fixing leg. The pairs of half collars are assembled by one of their legs along an assembly axis perpendicular to the legs so that the circular parts are not opposite each other. The assembled collars are then fitted into each other so that the circular parts have the same orientation from one collar to another. They are placed in a storage volume (14) in layers (12,13). The layers are constituted by at least one row of a set of collars fitted into each other. The rows of layers are arranged one on top of the other so that the collars of one row of a layer are arranged head to toe relative to the collars of a row of an adjacent layer.
