PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a small silk cloth from being bulky when it is carried by forming the small silk cloth of a soft material such as a cloth, and to easily manufacture the small silk cloth of one cloth. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a first folding line 6 is formed parallel to a short side of a rectangular cloth 5 at the position away from this short side by a specified spacing, a second folding line 7 is formed keeping the depth of a storage portion from the first folding line 6, and a third folding line 8 is formed keeping the width of a small silk cloth in its longitudinal direction from the second folding line 7. The small silk cloth is folded with the first folding line 6 outside, the second folding line 7 inside, and the third folding line 8 inside, respectively, both ends on the long side of the overlapped rectangular cloth 5 are sewn to each other, an opening part 11 of short side edges formed on the face side is inverted, and a pocket part formed on the face side after the inversion is inverted again.
