PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize vertical synchronization signals for multiple display devices without using dedicated connection lines. SOLUTION: When a network interface 120 receives a communication packet including time information for synchronizing with multiple display devices connected with a network bus, a synchronizing clock 130 first sets the time information as an initial value, then starts measuring time from the set time indicated by the time information, and outputs an measured time as a time signal. A display clock generating circuit 140 outputs a base signal when a value indicated by the time signal reaches a prescribed value, a display control circuit 150 provides image data stored in a frame buffer and renewed by a reception of the communication packet at a synchronizing frequency determined based on the standart signal, and a display displays the image data outputted from the display control means on a screen.
