PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the mechanism by constituting an automatic winding timepiece by surrounding a reversing mechanism by the bearing ring of a ball bearing rotating a weight for automatic winding, and reducing the diameter of driving gears fixed to reversing elements. SOLUTION: A weight for automatic winding is provided with a center part 2 with the semicircumference outer surface 1 fixed, and a ball bearing 3 is provided on the circumference. A first reversing element 7 and a second reversing element 8 integrated with pinion 9 are engaged with the inner side and the underside of a tubular part 2d to respectively serving as bearings. A pinion 10 is fixed to the first reversing element 7. The reversing elements 7, 8 are meshed with planet gears 11, 12 rotating around tenons 13, 14, rotated integrally with the automatic winding weight, and the one side rotates relatively against the other side up to 180 deg.. Consequently, at least one reversing element transmitting rotation of the weight for automatic winding always exists. By such constitution, the pinions 9, 10 borne on the center of the weight for automatic winding can be made small in the diameter.
