PURPOSE: A charging machine is provided to charge a mobile phone without over charging using a power of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A charging machine comprises a body(10), a case(20) and a substrate(30). The body(10) has a connector(11) placed at a front part so as to be connected to a battery of a mobile phone(H). A bridging(12) and a button(13) are installed at both sides of the connector(11). A hook(10a) and a guide piece(10b) are intersected and installed at a rear part of the body(10). The case(20) is mounted so as to be attached and detached by the hook(10a) and the guide pierce(10b), and has terminals(21,22) so as to receive a plurality of batteries(B) in a serial connection state. The substrate(30) is mounted so as to be connected to the connector(11), and converts a power of the battery(B) into a switching waveform.
