PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expose an adhesive surface of an adhesive member provided on a flat cable unit without peeling a protective sheet with a peeling jig. SOLUTION: This flat cable unit 10 comprises a plate like base material 11, a plurality of flat cables 12 wherein a plurality of plate conductors 12a are covered by insulating films 12b in a mutually parallel state and conductor exposed parts 12c where the plate conductors 12a are exposed are formed on both ends in a length direction, and an adhesive member 13 provided on the insulating films 12b near conductor exposed parts 12c on one side of the flat cables 12 and performing peelable adhesion of the plurality of flat cables 12 to the base material 11 in a sequentially deviated in the length direction and overlapped state.
