PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a reusable network management object class candidate. SOLUTION: The system consists of an input means 120 for inputting a file 100 corresponding to network management object class constitutional element sorting terms and a network management information file 110, a sorting means 130 for sorting a network management object class by the purposes of respective network management object class constitutional elements, a storage means 140 for making the class constitutional elements defined in the network management object class correspond to sorting terms corresponding to respective constitutional elements and storing them, and a retrieving means 150 for retrieving a reusable network management object class by using a sorting term as a key. The sorting means 130 sorts network management objects into a set of physical information, a set of logical information and a set of management functions. The storage means 140 stores sorting terms corresponding to class constitutional elements inputted by a user and that class constitutional elements in the file 110. The retrieving means 150 retrieves a network management object class corresponding to a sorting term group inputted by a user from the sorting term group and displays reusable data candidates.
