PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus capable of easily and additionally recording a new image on a recording medium to which recording is once applied. SOLUTION: When a recording medium on which recording data is recorded at the time of recording of an image is inserted, the recording data is read by a recording data reading part 35 and a recording parameter is set on the basis of the read recording data by a control part 40 and the image recorded on the recording medium is developed on an image developing part 404 according to the recording parameter to be stored in an image memory 405 and error diffusion processing is performed to be outputted through a data transmission part 407 to perform recording.
