PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fold even by a visually handicapped person or an infant by directly line forming folding paper by using special number of types of folding line forming implements. SOLUTION: Before folding folding paper, five types of folding lines are formed by using a folding line forming implement. That is, folding lines of a first line 1, a second line 2, a third line 3, a fourth line 4 and a fifth line 6 are formed. The method for using the implement, a side or a corner of the paper is matched to a matching plate 6 of a line forming implement, a part of a lined edge 7 is rubbed from above the paper by a pawl or the like, and a line is formed, for example, line the line 3. However, only the fifth line is formed from a rear surface of the paper. Since an anti-slip is formed on the rear surface of the folding line forming implement so that the implement is not slipped, its operation is expedited. As a result, matching of the side to the side and the corner to the corner of prior art is eliminated.
