摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate in which the change of each layer after lamination is restrained at a low cost by laminating a transparent gas barrier layer, a transparent protecting layer and the like on one side or both sides of a transparent plastic film base material within one vacuum device. SOLUTION: A transparent gas barrier layer 59 is laminated on the surface of a transparent plastic film 10 within a vacuum device. As the material of the gas barrier layer 59, a metal oxide such as silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide or the like is used. A transparent protecting layer 60 of an acrylic resin or the like is formed on the surface of the gas barrier layer 59. A transparent bas barrier layer 61 consisting of a metal oxide and a transparent protecting layer 62 consisting of an organic matter are laminated on the reverse side of the film 10. Further, a transparent conductive layer 63 consisting of a metal oxide is laminated on the transparent protecting layer 62. Thereafter, a hard coat layer 64 is laminated on the surface-side transparent protecting layer 60 in the atmosphere. As the material of the hard coat layer 64, an acrylic resin, polycarbonate or the like is given.
