PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a future forecasting calendar which smoothly solves the year 2000 problems with computers and eliminates the global anxiety as to the end of the century and a calendar 'Taikyoku 9999 Perpetual Calendar'. SOLUTION: The identification numerical values by the computers of the Christian era 2000 are successively shifted from the two-digit identification of '00' to four-digit identification of MS0000, by which the year 2000 problems with the computers are eventually replaced with the 11999 problems in terms of the Christian era 10000 tears ahead. The anxiety and fretfulness of the sentiments of the people as to the end of the century are eliminated by having a long-term field of vision of a 1000-year span and are solved by guiding the people to the prosperity and healthy evolution of the life.
