PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to easily identify, at a glance, the judgment to separately classify and bring out waste to a designated disposal point when bringing out the refuse thereto. SOLUTION: The easy classifying of the waste is made possible by attaching labels of various shapes to the bags containing the waste in such a manner that the waste can be classified by each of the kinds of the waste without depending upon visual observation and intuition. The labels are color coded or are provided with braille to enable elderly persons and foreigners to easily judge that a certain color is indicative of the incineratable waste or the color is indicative of the incombustible refuse or the recyclable refuse without bewildering and upsetting. Not only the fear of bringing out the refuse to the designated disposal point is eliminated but also the sign is friendly to the environment and, therefore, the effect thereof is great.
