PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking confirmation device of an electric railroad switch capable of confirming the setting of a lock even when a heavey cover for the electric railroad switch is not opened and, at the same time, easily confirming the setting of the lock by anybody except for skilled labor. SOLUTION: A locking confirmation device of an electric railroad switch is constituted of a case body 5 and a cover body covered thereon. Then, in the electric railroad switch arranging a motor, a transfer mechanism for transferring the revolution of the motor, a locking piece operated by the transfer mechanism, a locking layer and a motion lever in the case body 5, approximately a T-shaped scale plate 30 is fixed to the side wall surface projecting the locking lever of the case body thereto so that it is parallel to the locking lever, reference lines 31 at right angles to both main and auxiliary locking levers are so formed on the surface of the scale plate 30 by a marking gauge that they are connected with both end faces, allowable lines 32 for indicating their allowable ranges on both sides by holding the reference lines 31 can be marked toward their central parts from the main locking lever side and auxiliary locking lever side. Marking lines are made in their locking positions in both main and auxiliary locking levers by making them coincide with the reference lines 31, peep holes 32 are provided at positions located in view of the reference lines 31 of the scale plate 30 in a locking lever cover 10, and magnifying lenses are provided to the peep holes 32.
