PURPOSE: A preparation method of reactive chlorophosphate derivative of thiazole acetic acid is provided which manufactures a high purity of derivatives with a high yield in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of reactive chlorophosphate derivative of thiazole acetic acid is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i) reacting thiazole acetic acid derivative of formula (II) with chlorophosphate derivative of formula (III) in the presence of base in organic solvent; (ii)crystallizing with crystallization solvent. In the formula, R1 is H, methyl or C(Ra)2CO2Rb, Ra is H or methyl, Rb is carboxy protecting group, R2 is C1-C4 alkyl group or phenyl group or 5 membered or 6 membered ring thereof with oxygen, phosphor, Q is N or CH.
