摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an optical pickup by supporting the base holding the pickup to a base plate using the energizing force of a spring via the shaft provided in the base plate, turning the adjusting body provided in the shaft and changing an interval between the base and the base plate to adjust an optical axis. SOLUTION: A slide-like cam part 10 is formed on the upper surface of the adjusting body 9 which is rotatably attached to the outer periphery of the shaft 8 arranged orthogonally to a base plate 1. The space 16 into the interval part of which a flange part 15 and the head of a screw 19 enter is formed in the through hole 14 which is formed in the base 3 and into which the shaft 8 is inserted. The abutting part 17 formed in the lower surface of the base 3 is abutted on the cam part 10 of the adjusting body 9. The screw 19 is screwed into the shaft 8, and a coil spring 20 is interposed between the screw 19 and the flange part 15. The abutting position between the abutting part 17 and the cam part 10 is changed and the height of the base 3 is changed against the energizing force of the coil spring 20 by inserting an adjusting tool from the lower side of the base plate 1 to turn the adjusting body 9.
