PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the frequency of discarding or the frequency of the commission to speciallized traders by solidifying waste liquid and further reducing the final discarding quantity than before. SOLUTION: At the first time, 200 ml waste liquid to be treated is supplied to an evaporation dish and is concentrated by heating the evaporation dish with a Peltier element. After the time t1 is elapsed, 100 ml is replenished as the 2nd times. Hereafter, the replenishment of 100 ml is carried out up to the 19th times. The time t17 and t18 of the latter half are set longer than the time t1-t16 of the first half. When the concentration of the treating waste liquid makes progress to get near a solid after the 19th replenishment, each temp. of the treating liquid, the evaporation dish and the Peltier element begins to increase to a high degree. The temp. of the treating liquid reaches the temp. T1 and after (te) hours, the heating of the treating liquid is stopped. The treating liquid on the evaporation pan is almost solidified when the temp. reaches T1 and completely dried up and remains on the evaporation dish while the heating continues for more (te) hours.
