PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer information necessary for a user using a mobile object in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The basic constitution of a bus location guiding system 10 is constituted of a route bus 12 and controllers 22-25 set at bus stops BS1 to BS4, and the route bus 12 continuously detects its own position, and the position data and demand or the like of the route bus 12 are data-transferred by using telephone sets (portable telephones or PHS) 22A to 25A and 40 between the route bus 12 and the bus stops. Thus, it is possible to realize the distribution processing of the capture of the bus position, the prediction of an arriving time from the bus position data, the acceptance of the demand, and an inquire countermeasure to an operating situation which is operated by an operation control center in a conventional manner by the route bus 12 and the bus stops BS1 to BS4.
