PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a transparent conductive laminate reduced in curling. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive laminate reduced in curling, good in specific resistance and heat resistance and suitable as an electrode substrate for a liquid crystal display device is produced by forming a transparent conductive membrane on the metal oxide layer of a polymeric laminated film. The membrane is obtained by successively laminating a cured resin layer A and a metal oxide layer on one surface of a polymeric film, and laminating a cured resin layer B on the other surface thereof, by a sputtering method while holding the partial pressure ratio (H2O/O2) of moisture and oxygen in a film forming atmosphere to 0.1-2.5.
