PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble such that the surface of a decorative material becomes rough when a protective layer is formed on the surface of the decorative material by using a resin to which inorg. hard particles are added to become inferior to slip properties and the matter coming into contact with the decorative material is damaged or the surface feel of the decorative material becomes bad. SOLUTION: A solid printing layer 17 and a pattern layer 16 are formed on a base material 11 such as paper or a plastic film by printing to form a printing sheet 2 and an uncured ionizing radiation curable resin 13a containing hard particles 14 with high density and hard particles 15 with low density is applied to the pattern layer 16 of the printing sheet 2 and cured to form an abrasion-resistant decorative material 1 having a protective layer 12 comprising the cured ionizing radiation curable resin 13b. The protective layer 12 is formed so that the hard particles 14 with high density is distributed on a lower side and the hard particles 15 with low density are distributed on a surface side.
