PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a powder contg. a hydration reactive inorg. ingredient which is easily agglomerated by the action of water content in open air remain as it is for a long period even under high humidity by incorporating a specified ratio of a water soln. with a specified concn. comprising sodium gluconate, etc., into the powder contg. the hydration reactive inorg. ingredient. SOLUTION: 0.1-50 pts.wt. water soln. with 0.1-50 wt.% comprising either on of sodium gluconate, citric acid or boric acid or two or more of them are incorporated into 100 pts.wt. powder contg. the hydration reactive inorg. ingredient. In this case, addition of the water soln. is performed by spraying. In addition, the hydration reactive inorg. ingredient is one or two or more of calcium hydroxide, silicate compd., aluminum silicate compd., alkali metal hydroxides, calcium silicate, calcium silicate chloride and calcium alminate. It is possible thereby to let the powder contg. the hydration reactive inorg. ingredient which is easily agglomerated by the action of water content in open air remain as it is for a long period even under high humidity.
