A heat sink fixing device (50) having a CPU and a fan, comprising a pair of fixing units (51) and (51A), wherein the fixing units (51) and (51A) comprises CPU fixing members (51) and (51A) for supporting one end side of a CPU (60), respectively, heat sink fixing members (53) and (53A) with a fan which have lower end sides thereof supported rotatably on shafts (52a1b) which is located on the lower end side of the CPU fixing members (51, 51A) and which support the end sides of a heat sink (70) with a fan, respectively, and a lock mechanism (55) for locking the vertically positioned heat sink fixing members (53, 53A) with a fan to the CPU fixing members (51, 51A), respectively, and, with the heat sink fixing members with a fan (53, 53A) positioned aslant, the CPU is taken out independently of the heat sink with a fan and maintained, and the heat sink with a fan is taken out independently of the CPU and maintained. |
