PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat conductive property by improving a heat exchanger, in a hot water supplier. SOLUTION: Vacant space parts 11 which serve as passages for combustion gas are made between bulkhead plates 3 by first and second spacers 2a and 2b by piling up plural sets of flow passage plates 4 where slits serving as the passages 10 of water are made and first and second spacers 2a and 2b where slits serving as headers 8a and 8b on inlet side and outlet side of water are made, through bulk head plates 3. According to this, a hot water supplier which has a heat exchanger excellent in heat transfer property without being limited to only the material extremely high in heat conductivity can be provided, because it is of such constitution that the water and the combustion gas perform heat exchange at an extremely close interval across the bulkhead alone.
