PURPOSE: A method for construction lightning protection steel wire for electric pole is provided to achieve an improved work efficiency and safety, while achieving an aesthetic enhancement by preventing steel wire from being drooped. CONSTITUTION: A steel wire construction apparatus comprises a shaft having a screw portion, a support plate welded to the side opposite to the screw portion, and a chain gear assembled to the side of the support plate so as to mount a roller wound with a steel wire; a tightening element having a screw hole formed at the center of the tightening element so as to be assembled to the screw portion of the shaft, and a handle for fixing the roller; a column(12) for supporting the shaft; a disk holder for supporting a disk having a chain gear connected to the chain gear of the shaft, and tightening or loosening the disk by using the handle; a column(23) for supporting the disk; a guide roller(29) having a shaft inserted into a bushing arranged onto a column(27); a guide roller assembled to a bracing member(31) fixed to the upper surface of a column; a rewinder(10) having a base for mounting each unit; a decelerator having an engine and a guide roller; and a coupling for connecting an output shaft of the engine and the shaft of the decelerator.
