摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power required for release of gas in water to curtail power at navigation and reduce construction cost by forming a negative pressure place to be lower pressure against a gas space in water, and leading gas from the gas space to the negative pressure place to release bubbles into water. SOLUTION: A negative pressure portion 21 for generating lower pressure against a gas space at navigation is formed in water. The portion 21 is formed so as to change the flowing condition into a prescribed condition by a negative pressure forming part 12 provided on a hull shell 11. By leading gas from the gas space on the high pressure side to the negative pressure portion 21 in water on the low pressure side through a gas passage 13, bubbles 22 are released into water. By the above-mentioned, power required for releasing gas is only the energy carrying gas up to the releasing position. This energy is obtained by changing the flowing condition of water by the negative pressure forming part 12, and contained in the propulsion power of the hull. Hereby, power reqired for releasing gas into water can be reduced.
