PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irregularly-shaped container having less resin smell and its manufacturing method by using an inflation film of which bag manufacturing is effective in sanitary state. SOLUTION: An inflation film original material is a tube-like laminated film, wherein a different material portion 51b having a specified width is formed into a band shape in a longitudinal direction. The different material portion 51b is arranged at the innermost layer within a region where a slip agent and an anti-locking agent are added. its width is wider than a heat seal portion 13c at a plug. Two locations of the inflation film original material 51 are cut in its width direction to have a predetermined shape, a different material portion 51b is opened and after a plug is loaded, it is melted and fixed to make a bag. The portion is cut and removed. This plug comprises a plug main body and a cap.
