EASILY UNSEALABLE PACKAGING BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing process by irradiating a packaging bag formed of a laminate film with a gaseous carbon dioxide laser by changing a scan speed, and continuously forming cuts and cutting lines therein to reduce a cutting process without deviation of the position of the cuts and cutting line. SOLUTION: In a gusset pillow type packaging bag consisting of a laminate film having a gaseous carbon dioxide laser absorbing layer and a heat bonding resin layer, a cut 4 to start the unsealing of the packaging bag is formed in the laminate film at a side end of a face-to-face heat-bonded part 2 close to one end heat bonded part 3a through irradiation with the gaseous carbon dioxide laser, and a cutting line 5 which is extended in the V-shape from the cut 4 to the end heat bonded part 3a across a folding part 6 is formed only in the gaseous carbon dioxide laser of the laminate film. The cutting lime 5 is formed continuously to the cut 4 by changing the scan speed with the output, the cycle and the pulse width of the gaseous carbon dioxide laser being constant.
