PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the adjustment of a balancing force steppingly and easily without being forced to take a painful working posture. SOLUTION: This balancing device 5 comprises a balancing force adjusting device 6 fixedly disposed at an upper position of a vertical frame, a balancing force producing device 8 so formed as to be connected to the balancing force adjusting device 6, having a torsional spring 10 and a torsional spring storing tube 9 formed rotatable about an axis by an adjustment operation of the balancing force adjusting device 6, and allowing a balancing force with the torsional spring 10 to be led and adjusted, a slide block 11 fixedly installed on a lower side part 'of a front movable screen and moved up and down according to the vertical movement of the movable screen, and a spiral lever 12 having a lower end fixed to the slide block 11 and a top end inserted into the torsional spring storing tube 9 through a rotating working body 13 of the balancing force producing device 8, and tightly winding up and down the torsional spring 10 by providing a rotating force about a vertical axis to the rotating working body according to the vertical movement of the movable screen. |
