PURPOSE: The rubber composition is provided to prevent tearing phenomenon in flap by adding palladium complex to the rubber composition for flap and improving an aging property. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition is made by adding palladium complex(PdCl3) to a typical rubber composition for flap. The typical rubber composition for flap consists of natural rubber, SBR(styrene butadiene rubber), carbon black, zinc white, stearic acid, oil, sulfur and stimulators. The palladium complex is added in the ratio of 3-8 phr based on 100 phr of the typical rubber composition.
