PURPOSE: A soundproofed panel is provided to intercept the transmission of noise to the outside of a road or a railroad effectively, and to reduce repair, maintenance costs by easily dismantling only the soundproofed panel planned to remove. CONSTITUTION: A soundproofed panel (20) installed between frames (10)(10) comprises; a sound-absorbing member (250) having a polyvinyl polyimide protecting film on sound-absorbing materials such as glass fiber densified to sound-absorb and to diminish noises more effectively; a front panel part (210) which comprises a front surface (211) installed on the front of the sound-absorbing member (250) and provided with many suction openings (215) of a gallery type with the closed top and opened bottom to stop the inflow of water and to pass noise, wherein the width (W1) of the front surface (211), if the soundproofed panel (20) is installed, is same as the interval (P) of the frames (10) not to expose a front part (11) of the frame (10); a primary side panel part (230) comprising a closed part (232) and a curved part (231); a rear panel part (220) whose width (W2) is narrower than the length by subtracting the width (T) of the front part (11) from the interval (P) between the frames (10), to be disjointed easily from the frames (10); an air layer formed between the rear panel part (220) and the sound-absorbing member (250) to lessen the reflected noise from the rear panel part (220); a secondary side panel part (240) which comprises a closed part (242) to close the both sides of the air layer (270) and a curved part (241) contacting to the inner face of the rear panel part (220); a support member (260) assembled to be projected from the inside of the rear panel part (220) for the sound-absorbing member (250) to be supported firmly without moving.
