摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart good conductivity to a rear surface without lowering the corrosion resistance of the rear surface and to enable welding, in a paper laminated metal plate wherein at least one paper is laminated to the single surface of a metal plate through a self-adhesive layer or an adhesive layer, by forming a corrosion-resistant coating film having conductivity to the other surface of the metal plate. SOLUTION: In a paper laminated metal plate usable as a building material or a furniture material, at least one paper is laminated to the single surface of a metal plate and a corrosion-resistant coating film having conductivity is formed to the other surface of the metal plate. As the corrosion-resistant coating film having conductivity, a resin coating film containing a conductivity imparting agent selected from carbon black, an Ni powder and iron phosphide is designated and the content of the conductivity imparting agent is pref. set to 0.5-20% by wt. of the dry coating film. The kind of a resin becoming the material of the corrosion-resistant coating film is not especially restricted but, for example, various resins such as a polyester resin, an acrylic resin and the like can be used.
